Gym Classes

Mark Butler’s Sports Academy is now offering gym classes to the public. Our aim at the academy in gym work is to help adults and children understand how the body works and how to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

We believe that everybody is unique and should be educated in how to look after the body, after our lessons it will be their choice in how they choose to care for themselves.

In our sessions we will be focusing on the main body points such as the arms, legs, abdomen, shoulders and chest, If you do not feel comfortable training in front of others in a group we can provide one to one sessions for children and adults to gain confidence and self empowerment.
